- Importing Data:
No charge
- Allow us to save you time by giving us your data in
an excel spreadsheet. We can quickly import names,
addresses, phone number, SSN, gender, and other
demographic data. We will import more if the data fields
can be matched. Receive your database with your data
already imported.
- Database Changes:
No charge - case by case basis
- As a free service we would be happy to add a few
fields, customize pop ups, and modify a few screens to
fit your needs. If your require more extensive or
numerous changes we will provide you a quote.
FileMaker Pro software enables you to make your own
changes to customize the database as you wish. Feel free
to just jump right in and modify.
Phone: No charge
for consultation via phone.
We would be more than happy to call you at our cost to
address your needs. Talk through the database steps as we
view our screens at the same time. Please note that
Hawaii is approximately 5 hours earlier than the east
coast and 2-3 hours earlier than the west coast. No
charge for consultation via phone.
- Email: No charge
for minimal changes .We'll let you know if your request
will require payment, otherwise assume it is free!
Send us your databases as an email attachment and we will
make requested changes. In turn, we can return your
database to your via email complete with your data and
changes / improvements. To minimize down time email
attachments can be coordinated so that we receive your
database after your office closes and you receive it the
next morning complete with changes. See your support
staff if you need help with creating a zip folder or
compressing a database folder.
- SENDING: To send database files as email
attachments you will need to compress the folder
containing all the files. Use free file compressing
software such as WinRar / Winzip / or Aladdin.
Download your free software at Shareware.com.
Once you have compressed the folder to a zip or sit
file then simply attach it to an email and send it to:
TMichaelMoser@aol.com. Remember that we will now have
your database with all your data so you will need to
stop using your system until we return it to your via
email. This typically takes one day if timed
properly.
RECEIVING: We will return your database
complete with your data and changes via email
attachment. You'll receive the files as a compressed
zip or sit file. Use your free
WinRar / Winzip / or Aladdin software to now
decompress the database folder and begin working
again. You'll need to make a copy of your old files,
remove them from your hard drive and replace them with
the new email attachment files.
